Two Las Vegas clubs have been warned for allowing Paris Hilton's underage boyfriend, 19-year-old Stavros Niarchosinto their establishments.

The Venetian and the Hard Rock Hotel were told they had violated the county code, but were not charged because operators had co-operated with investigators.

A security guard caught on a surveillance tape escorting the couple into the club was fired and the doorman who did not ask Niarchos for identification was suspended
